How can I contact Alexus?

Do you ship worldwide?
No, we currently do not offer international shipping.

Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order as long as it hasn’t been shipped yet. Once your order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled. However, you can return your order for a full refund once it’s received.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal.

When will my order be processed?
All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse. Please allow extra processing time during holidays and sales. Orders are processed Monday to Friday, usually within 1–3 business days from the date of order, and shipped the day after processing. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders typically take 10–15 days to arrive, though delivery times may sometimes be shorter or longer.
